WINTER WELLBEING || FLOWING THROUGH THE SEASON

As we move through Autumn and Winter, for many of us, the winter blues begin to set in. The combination of cold weather, reduced daylight, and general post-summer slump can lead to low mood and decreased motivation.

 

However, there are plenty of ways to help beat the winter blues and create a more positive outlook over the next few months. Drawing from yoga, meditation, visualisation, journaling, and other helpful techniques, we can learn to fight off the winter blues and embrace the season. A cosy afternoon of self-care!

REST & RESTORE || AROMATHERAPY

- in studio and online

 

A deeply relaxing session to restore mind, body and soul. A combination of gentle restorative yoga, deep relaxation and healing aromatherapy. We will explore the physical and emotional benefits of three individual essential oils. If you are attending this event in person, you will receive a blend of these oils to take with you. Online via Zoom, you can either collect from the studio or have posted a sample of each individual oil and the blend of all three, to enjoy in the comfort of your own home. An afternoon of self-care to elevate your well-being.

A deeply relaxing session to restore mind, body and soul with gentle restorative yoga, yoga nada (the yoga of sound) and deep relaxation.
